Love Dream Reality
"It was best of time, It was worst of time...." He just started reading novel after a long time. Almost a year later. Time went so slow and so fast at the same time. Its vacation now and result will arrive soon. may be after 4-6 days later. He wasn't sure about his result. who cares was his ultimate motto.
"We don't know what will happen tomorrow or even second after. We should just live the moment instead of over thinking it. Future is unpredictable so as present coz present was future a moment ago." He said to his friend who was asking him to join medical or engineering. Yeah, that was to philosophical for his age, I mean he was 17. He never liked medical, Reason : Don't know and never liked engineering too, Reason : Don't know either.
His father was doctor and mother, an engineer. May be that was the reason but he never admitted.
So he grew between the discussion of medicines and softwares at dining table which of course was boring to him. He never care who Paracetamol was or What Charles Babbage is. Or what Paracetamol is and Who Charles Babbage was. But the point is who cares?
Once he was ill and father gave medicine to him written PARACETAMOL.
He said, "Damn."
and Once he pointed to picture on computer screen his mother working and asked "Who is he?"
"Charles Babbage." Mother replied.
"Damn." Son expressed.
It took 3 years to understand what was what and what was who.
Anyway that was past which will keep coming because in our life unlike future, past is predictable.
Coming to the present day while he was reading one of the most memorable opening lines, his father open his mouth to shout son's name.
"Coming." boy shouted back, took a deep and frustrating breath closed a tale and followed the voice.
"Breakfast is ready, honey" Mother kissed forehead, son rubbed forehead.
Honey. Was literally there.
He ate and listened.
"Medical science is reaching beyond human thinking...blah blah blah......"
"Information technology given new meaning to human relation...blah blah blah...."
Breakfast finished fast. Father went to Hospital, Mother went to Office and son remained at home.
In next four day he completed A tale of two cities. Useless to say he loved it and finally he got something for thought.
And now its result.
